Shipping Info We ship all orders by USPS anywhere in the contiguous USA within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the address. All orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. USPS Ground: $6.25 for up to 4 videos, and $1.50 for each additional item ordered. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped by USPS. On volume discounted items, shipping charges vary with each item.


Return Info If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may call customer service at 800-610-4278, within 15 days of the invoice date for complete return authorization information. ALL RETURNS REQUIRES A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Products must be returned in original condition. Returns must be shipped UPS or insured parcel post to: Ther Ed Resource Attn.: Returns, 7641 SW 126 Street Miami, FL 33156. A small restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Please enclose original packing slip.
